Inspired by such delicious flavours and the resilience of local business through pandemic, drought and fire we couldn't help but champion these fantastic producers and businesses in everything we do.
In turn, the support for local businesses helps boost our regional economy and fulfils our desire to be part of building a thriving Glen Innes community.

Owned and operated by Kerrod & Michelle, The Local experience is full of flavour, ambience, and personality. Our business might be hospitality, but our passion is showcasing what the New England region has to offer – from unique culinary experiences to the relaxed country lifestyle.
As the previous owner's of the Railway Tavern Bistro, we unfortunately had to close our previous business due to Covid-19. However, when the opportunity arose to take on the amazing creation of Pete & Kate, we couldn't resist offering our hospitality once again to this amazing town.
